This is particularly important for customers requiring overseas shipping.
Please send your shoe size, your ABC measurements (as per the diagram on the chart) and the style of boot you are interested in. Watch our measuring guide video for tips and a visual demonstration.
Please note that all of our boots have stretch panels in the upper leg; we would advise that the boot is ideally slightly narrower than your calf measurement to allow for the leather to give and avoid gaping in the top/side of the boot. The elasticated panels have plenty of stretch so although the boot may feel tight and difficult to zip initially this will soon change as you wear them more and the leather moulds and stretches to your leg.
The lower ankle area will not stretch easily so it is important that your ankle measurement is no larger than the dimension listed. The length of the boot should ideally be slightly tall on you straight out of the box to allow for the ankle to crease.
